Material

Feel the difference.

A single-layer performance weave with breathable mesh only where heat builds. Soft against the skin, structured enough to hold a professional line through a full service.

Lightweight
Minimal weight on the shoulders across a long shift.
Breathable
Mesh placed at the upper back and underarms.
Flexible
Stretch construction that follows the body.
Built for service
Made to be washed, worn and worked in constantly.

Made to move.

Because a 12-hour service is not a fashion show.

Why we built it

Designed in the kitchen.
Not the boardroom.

Most chef jackets were designed around tradition.

SAVA started with a different question: what does a chef actually need during a long service?

  • Heat.
  • Sweat.
  • Restricted movement.
  • Heavy fabrics.
  • Unnecessary details.

So we removed what wasn't needed and redesigned what was.

SAVA — built around the service.
