SAVA
Built for
the heat.
Engineered
for the shift.
Professional chef wear developed from inside the kitchen.
The problem
12 hours.
40°C.
One uniform.
- Heavy.
- Rigid.
- Hot.
- Restrictive.
- Soaked by the second service.
- Barely ventilated.
- Designed like a uniform, not like performance clothing.
A professional kitchen is a physical environment. Heat, speed, repetition, hours on your feet. The clothing worn in it has barely changed.
SAVA approaches the chef jacket the way technical apparel is approached: fabric, airflow, range of motion and construction decided by how the body actually works during service.

Ventilation technology
Airflow
where it
matters.
Professional kitchens generate extreme, sustained heat. The answer is not replacing a jacket with mesh — it is placing ventilation precisely where heat accumulates.
- Partial back panel
Upper and mid back only. Never a full mesh back.
- Underarm panels
Airflow without compromising the silhouette.

Move like
you're not
wearing it.
Reaching. Plating. Lifting pans. Bending. Working the pass. The fabric and construction are built around the movements a shift actually demands — not around a fitting-room silhouette.
Material technology
Built different.

Lightweight
Less fabric weight to carry through a twelve-hour service.
Stretch
Construction that follows the arm, the shoulder and the reach.
Breathability
Airflow placed where kitchen heat actually accumulates.
Moisture management
Handling sweat better than traditional chef jackets.

Our story
From the
kitchen.
SAVA wasn't created in a fashion studio. It started during long services inside professional kitchens.
Heat. Sweat. Movement. Wet uniforms. Rolled sleeves. Heavy fabrics. Poor ventilation.
Small frustrations repeated thousands of times.
Instead of accepting the traditional chef jacket, one question kept returning: what if chef wear was designed like performance wear?
That question became SAVA.

Tested during service.
Prototypes go into real kitchens, during real shifts. Results will be published here as testing progresses — no reviews before there is something to review.
